New Song

A great great friend of ours has a recording studio and made this special song for me. The girls got to go giggle and sing...which is what they love to do! It was really cool! I hope you enjoy the song as much as I do!

Fargo Fun!

The girls and I came to Fargo last weekend to celebrate T's bday with family and friends. Sarah and the girls and I went downtown to take some fun pics together. Here's a few!

Sorry no posts lately

Soon...very soon. I have been so busy lately with work that I have not had any time for the personal stuff. I have some cute pics from T's bday party and the girls first gymnastics meet.

1st day of school & first day on the bus

Look for Kylah's huge one red eye! It's because we still dilate it everyday. When I get time I'll fix it, but I wanted to get these pictures up! These were taken with my little camera so that might have something to do with it!

Kylah learned to water ski this past weekend! She got up on her first try, it was pretty cool! Taylor learned last summer! The video of Taylor is from the next day when it was super windy out, so sorry about the shaky camera. It also takes a minute for the videos to pop up.

Pictures from my birthday!

I had a FABULOUS birthday! We started the weekend off by going to Minneapolis on Thursday. We stayed with our friends Jen and Bill in their amazing condo and sat by their pool that over looked the skyline of the city. It was beautiful and so relaxing! Friday night we went on a boat cruise in Stillwater with dear friends who came to celebrate with me. After that, some of us went to a local bar that was featured on the food network. Those that know me well know I'm obsessed with the food network! It was a a tiki bar that had a really interesting menu! Saturday we hung out by the pool again then went to Benihana's for dinner with Craig and Nancy! It was such a fantastic meal. Chris and I went early and had a glass of wine and sushi. We tried the salmon rolls and the raw tuna. The tuna was so good! I can't wait to go back again!

Corporate logo

I'm super excited about this, so I have to share it! I was hired by a company in St Cloud to make their logo. The company is called Barclay Purchasing. They do purchasing for different hotel companies. The logo needed to be very corporate looking but still fun and edgy! Here is the final product!

Fargo trip

We went to Fargo a few weeks ago to see some family from California. We stayed at the Holiday Inn so the kids could swim in the pool. They had a great time! It was really nice to see all the family!

Cute Video

Here's a cute video of the girls from St Patty's day. The sound doesn't work :( but they made up a cute dance routine and song. They do this all the time so next time I will try to get the sound to work! If you watch closely on the left side of the video you can see the cat and dog wrestling!

Taylor had her braces taken off last week. She has to wear a retainer for about 6 months. She thinks thats pretty cool! Her gums were swollen for a few days, but they are fine now. Taylor's new thing is to say, "Hey Mommy, Look! This is my new smile!" And then she'll smile at me with her new straight teeth. It's pretty cute!

Sunset

Here are some beautiful sunset pictures from our front porch! We get to watch the sunset on our front porch (preferably with a glass of wine) and the sunrise off our patio in the back. It's so fabulous!

Kids fun run

There was a triathlon this weekend that Bill was the race director for.  He hired me to be the race photographer.  It was super fun!  Chris came and helped out as a second photographer for me.  He did a great job!  The girls ran the kids fun run and Taylor won the whole race!!!  She did an amazing job!  She had a look on her face of pure determination while she was running!  It was great!  Kylah did an awesome job too!  She came in 3rd with all smiles!

The weekend...

It was a great weekend. Friday I finished an engagement shoot. This was a 2 session shoot. The first one was in the rain! Chris stood over me with an umbrella so my camera didn't get wet. (thanks baby!) I absolutely love how the pictures turned out! The 2nd session was at a lake in St Joe at sunset. They will be on the other blog soon. Saturday, I photographed a wedding in Luxemberg and Sunday was a day to relax! We took the kids to Granite City for lunch and then we all went for a nice bike ride on Wobegon Trail. Taylor made it 6 miles! I was really proud of her. This week is going to be busy so I don't know how much blogging I will get in. Plus i'm not one to type! I'll talk your ear off, but to sit down and type my thoughts isn't natural for me. I'm trying! I really like to post pictures!

Home again!

The girls and I are home from Fargo. It was a very busy trip trying to see everyone in just a couple days. It was so nice to see my Aunt, Uncle and Grandma who just moved to Fargo from Arizona. It'll be nice to have them closer so we can see them more. I wish we could have spent more time with everyone. Thank you Crazy Auntie Silly Sarah for letting us stay with you. I love your new house!

Fabulous Weekend!

I'm off to Fargo for a couple days, but here's what we did this past weekend. Saturday Chris and I took the boat out to the river and cruised around for awhile. We ran into some friends out there so we chatted for a bit, then the weather went from sunny to dark clouds and thunder! We hurried and took the boat out as fast as we could! Saturday night we went to the Veranda with our friends Dave and Jenny. If you've never been to the Veranda you need to go! It is hands down the coolest place to go in St Cloud. It's a wine bar and they always have live music. Its a great time!

Sunday was GORGEOUS out! We took the boat back out with some good friends and took all the kids tubing. After that Deb and Jesse came back to our place for pizza, wine and a bonfire! (I'll post Deb and Jesse's family pictures soon on my other blog)
